Indications & Pharmacology
Indications: Relief of pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, toothache, trauma, and lumbago.
Pharmacology: Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that acts as a potent inhibitor of the cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme, thereby reducing prostaglandin production. It is rapidly and completely absorbed after oral administration.
Dosage & Administration
Extended Release Tablet: 200 mg once daily.
