Propranolol Hydrochloride is a non-selective beta-adrenergic receptor blocker that serves as a cornerstone in the management of cardiovascular and neurological conditions. By competitively inhibiting both beta-1 and beta-2 receptors, it effectively reduces heart rate, myocardial contractility, and cardiac output, making it highly effective for treating hypertension, angina pectoris, and cardiac arrhythmias.
